Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fortunioum. By accessing or using our website, platform, services, subscription plans, or any related digital service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. About Fortunioum

Fortunioum is an online store management and e-commerce service platform. We help businesses launch, manage, and operate online stores by handling the technical setup and digital store configuration on behalf of the merchant.

Our services may include custom online store setup, store configuration, product and order management support, payment gateway guidance, custom domain setup, store branding assistance, subscription-based store management tools, and related e-commerce services.

Fortunioum is not a self-service store builder where merchants are expected to create everything by themselves. Our team assists with the technical side of setting up and maintaining the online store so that merchants can focus on their products, customers, and business growth.

  1. Use of Our Services

By using Fortunioum, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, subscription purchase, store setup, billing, and support communication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity carried out through your account.

You agree not to use Fortunioum for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our services if we detect misuse, illegal activity, policy violations, payment issues, or actions that may harm Fortunioum, customers, payment providers, or third-party services.

  1. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for providing correct business details, product information, prices, product images, descriptions, policies, domain details, and any other content required to prepare and manage their online store.

Merchants are also responsible for ensuring that the products or services sold through their store comply with applicable laws, regulations, payment gateway requirements, and any restrictions imposed by banks, card networks, delivery providers, or other third-party service providers.

Fortunioum is not responsible for illegal, restricted, misleading, unsafe, counterfeit, prohibited, or unauthorized products or services listed or sold by merchants using the platform.

  1. Subscription Plans and Service Fees

Fortunioum services may be offered under monthly, yearly, one-time, or custom service plans. The price, features, limits, billing period, and renewal terms of each plan will be shown on our website or communicated to the customer before purchase.

By purchasing a plan or service from Fortunioum, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected service, subscription, setup package, or custom work.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments cover access to the selected Fortunioum service package for the applicable billing period. Custom setup, extra development, premium integrations, domain-related work, third-party service fees, payment gateway charges, hosting charges, or additional support may be charged separately where applicable.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate service descriptions, plan features, pricing, and availability. However, errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur. Fortunioum reserves the right to correct pricing, plan details, service descriptions, or availability information at any time.

Prices, features, promotions, discounts, and service packages may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice. Any promotion or discount may be subject to additional conditions and may be available only for a limited time.

  1. Payments and PayHere

Fortunioum may accept online payments through trusted third-party payment service providers such as PayHere.

When you make a payment using PayHere or another payment provider, your payment information is processed securely by the relevant payment provider. Fortunioum does not store your full credit card number, debit card number, CVV, or sensitive card authentication details on our servers.

Payment confirmation, approval, rejection, settlement, refund processing time, and transaction verification may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved in the transaction.

By placing an order, purchasing a subscription, or requesting a paid service from Fortunioum, you agree to pay the applicable amount for the selected plan, setup package, custom service, or digital service.

Fortunioum reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or review any order, subscription, or service request for reasons including payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete information, service availability, prohibited business activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Service Activation and Delivery

After successful payment and verification, Fortunioum will begin activating or preparing the purchased service according to the selected plan or agreed scope of work.

For subscription-based services, access may be activated after payment confirmation and account verification.

For custom online store setup, delivery time may depend on the merchant’s requirements, submitted content, product details, domain configuration, branding material, payment gateway approval, third-party service availability, and response time from the merchant.

Any delivery or setup timeline shared by Fortunioum is an estimate and may change due to technical issues, third-party delays, customer-related delays, or additional requirements.

  1. Custom Store Setup

Fortunioum may assist merchants with customized store setup based on their business requirements. This may include store layout configuration, content setup, product setup assistance, branding adjustments, domain guidance, and payment gateway integration guidance.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fortunioum retains ownership of the underlying platform, system code, reusable components, software structure, templates, and technical infrastructure. Customer-provided brand assets, product information, business details, and uploaded content remain the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Third-Party Services

Fortunioum may work with or integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, banks, domain providers, hosting providers, email services, SMS services, analytics tools, delivery services, and other software providers.

Fortunioum is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, rejection, suspension, pricing changes, policy changes, technical issues, or losses caused by third-party service providers.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, subscription changes, and billing-related requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Because Fortunioum provides digital, subscription-based, and service-based solutions, refunds may be limited once service access has been activated, subscription access has been provided, or custom setup work has started.

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details before making a payment.

  1. Intellectual Property

All Fortunioum platform designs, software, layouts, graphics, features, logos, content, system structures, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Fortunioum unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercially exploit any part of our platform, software, website, branding, design, or content without prior written permission from Fortunioum.

  1. Customer Content

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the content they provide to Fortunioum, including product images, descriptions, prices, business information, logos, brand names, and customer-facing policies.

By providing content to Fortunioum, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and allow Fortunioum to use it for the purpose of setting up, managing, displaying, or supporting your online store.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Fortunioum will make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable and professional service. However, we do not guarantee that the website, platform, payment gateway, third-party services, or online store features will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or compatible with every device, browser, payment provider, bank, or third-party system.

Fortunioum shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, financial, reputational, business, data-related, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our services, customer misuse, third-party service failures, payment gateway issues, banking delays, domain issues, internet issues, customer-provided content, or business decisions made by merchants.

  1. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Fortunioum services if a customer violates these Terms and Conditions, fails to make payments, provides false information, misuses the platform, sells prohibited products or services, engages in suspicious activity, or causes risk to Fortunioum, payment providers, banks, other merchants, or customers.

  1. Changes to Services and Terms

Fortunioum may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website, platform, pricing, plans, features, or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page. Continued use of Fortunioum after updates are published means you accept the revised terms.
